Shipping Policy

DUE TO HOLIDAY HOURS - All orders placed between 12/23/2022 - 1/2/2023 will not be shipped until 1/3/2023

All orders ship via USPS (or a comparable carrier) ground service.

Orders will be submitted for shipping within 24 hours of receipt during business days and if products are in stock. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders will arrive within 7 business days. Tracking information can be obtained from the shipment confirmation email or your online account.

Express shipping incurs additional fees. Shipping time does not include processing time and refers to time in transit only.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES.

FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $50 ( US orders only).  Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will incur a shipping rate of $15.00 for all orders--both below and above $50.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is important to us! We have a 15-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase or it arrives damaged, simply return the unused portion and we will gladly issue a refund/exchange.  No refund of freight charges on delivery and return of goods. 

  1.  Prior to returning your item(s), please email us your order number in order to obtain a Return Request Form to complete.
  2. Complete the Return Request Form and include a copy of your invoice along with the product(s). Ship back to us using USPS (or a comparable carrier).  Be sure to include your order number, name, email address, mailing address and phone number in case we need to contact you. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method J Beverly Hills is not responsible for any returns lost during transit.
  3. Please address your return package to:

  4. Your return or exchange request will be processed promptly.  Most returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.  All exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt and are shipped via Standard USPS Service. Transit time for exchange packages is usually 5-7 business days from the time the exchange is shipped. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once received we will send an email confirming the receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.
  5. We will refund the original form of payment to the original purchaser within 5-7 days of receiving your return. We regret that we are unable to refund the original shipping charges.
  6. Only products purchased on www.jbeverlyhills.com may be returned for refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for J Beverly Hills products purchased at other websites, salons or retailers.
